Welcome to the Tremor Action Network (TAN) website.  We request that you read our Terms of Use.  Thank you in advance.

TAN’s website is for your current and future use.  It provides you with information about us, our partners, famous people, facts, surveys, research, studies, research organizations, healthcare providers, patient support, consumer links, newsletters, publications, radio interviews and videos, and access to our social networking accounts: Facebook, Goodsearch, Twitter, WordPress Blog, Yahoo! Groups and YouTube. We invite you to contact us with any questions or comments you may have.

Please know we do not disclose, share or sell any information that can be used to identify your last name, physical address, phone and mobile numbers, and email address. We use the information to provide you with services you have requested, and to let you know about other information and resources you may be interested in. Periodically we conduct surveys. Individual survey responses are confidential and are not associated with anyone individual.
